We are so happy to report that Miss Luna Bean (formerly Foxy) is settling in nicely with her new mom Lisa!  A happy ending in time for the holidays! PREVIOUSLY... Seriously, you need to sit down for this one because Foxy is a stunner! This adorable little girl was rescued by a local Bordentown resident who contacted us for help. So, we took her in to our foster care and are in the process of getting her fully vetted.  She is about 5-6 weeks old and will be ready for a new home in a few weeks.  If you or someone you know is interested in adopting Foxy, please contact us at:  (E) btowncitycats@gmail.com or (P) 609-500-0608.

UPDATE:   This adorable duo proved too hard to resist and our volunteer who was fostering them decided she just couldn't let them go.  We'll take a happy ending any which way we can and we know they're now in the very best of hands! Nickleby & Sparky PREVIOUSLY... Meet Nickleby (black & white) and Sparky (grey & white), two of the sweetest, most adorable brothers we've seen in a long time!  They are approximately 6-8 weeks old and total love bugs.  Two seconds on your lap and you will feel their purring engines at full force. Ideally, we'd love to see them get adopted together. They should be ready in the next several weeks after they are neutered and fully vaccinated and micro-chipped.  If you or someone you know is interested, please contact us at:  (E) btowncitycats@gmail.com or (P) 609-500-0608.

UPDATE:   Given how irresistible he is, we're not surprised that Turbo wasn't on the market long.  We're so happy to announce that this adorable little fella has already found his forever home!! PREVIOUSLY... Hold onto your seat because little Turbo is packing some serious cuteness... This little fella is about 4 weeks old, sweet as can be and  active.  Ideally he is looking for a long-term relationship with a friend about the same age, but ultimately he will be happy with any loving home.  If you or someone you know is interested, he will  be ready for adoption in about a month.  Please contact us at:  (E) btowncitycats@gmail.com or (P) 609-500-0608.

Now this is what we like to hear...apparently Tilly and Buffy Saint Marie (gray) are so adorable that they were adopted before we could even begin promoting them!    Both were saved thanks to the kindness of strangers - one a local resident who found Tilly in the middle of the street and the other our fine police department who rescued Buffy from an abandoned car.  They are now happy and healthy and will be going to their fur-ever home as soon as they are big enough to be spayed.

UPDATE:  We are beyond thrilled to announce that after many months Honey Bun has finally found the loving, forever home she deserves! PREVIOUSLY... Meet Honey Bun!  She and three other young cats were recently rescued from behind a local hotel by our volunteers. They have all been spayed/neutered now so this will go a long way towards reducing the area cat population in the long-term. Honey Bun has proven the most friendly and social right out of the gate. She is a sweet, friendly girl and loves people, however, she does not do well with other cats so she would do best in a household as an "only child." She is fully vetted and spayed now and is estimated to be between 1-3 years old so she has a long life ahead of her.  If you or someone you know would like to give her a fresh start in a fur-ever home, please contact us at: (E) btowncitycats@gmail.com or (P)  (609) 500-0608.

Jelly Bean's Happy Ending

UPDATE:  After a successful GoFundMe campaign helped us get Jelly Bean the dental work he sorely needed to alleviate the pain in his mouth, he is now settling in nicely with the kind folks at Christ Church.  Thank you to everyone in the community who generously chipped in to make this all possible! PREVIOUSLY... If anyone deserves a fur-ever home, it's Jelly Bean.  He has had quite a rough time in his relatively short life.  He was adopted from a rescue group in Voorhees by a man who eventually had to move out of state so he gave him to a friend who apparently wasn't a huge cat fan.  He was eventually given to another friend who had him for awhile, but then had to deploy, and somehow poor Jelly Bean was let loose. Even when he was "on the streets" Jelly Bean was still a friendly, little love Thankfully, he found a place of kindness with the kindred souls at Christ Church in Bordentown who cared for him until we could take him in.  He has prov...

UPDATE:  We are happy to report that Sampson, Jasper and Jazzy have now all found loving, forever homes!  Hip, hip, hooray!! Previously... Poor little Sampson was "dumped" off at one of our feral colonies (along with his brother Jasper and sister Jazzy who have already found forever homes) and left to fend for himself by people who are clearly lacking in the compassion department. Sampson Sampson Sampson (right) with his sister Jazzy who has been adopted Fortunately, one of our volunteers who takes care of the colony found them and they were brought into our foster care.  They were a little scared at first but very friendly, which means they probably lived with people until they started to get a little bigger and then they decided to get rid of them.  It angers and dismays us, but it's our job to find them new homes so will you be the one to help give them a happy ending? He is about seven months old now and has proven himself to be a little ...

UPDATE:  Dexter proved too cute to stay on the market for long.  In fact, he never even left our foster's home.  In their words: "He saved me more than I saved him."  A happy ending for all! PREVIOUSLY... We originally thought Dexter...Dex for short...was a lost cat when we rescued him from West Street recently.  But after some digging around, we realized he's right where he belongs...in our care until we can find him a loving fur-ever home. Here he was on that first day we found him, frightened but clearly friendly... He's come a long way in such a short time under our foster's care.  He's doing great and has proven to be very loving and a real cuddler, as well as a playful little fella, as evidenced here...    He's still a bit timid around strangers, but that's understandable and he's making progress every day. He is approx 6 months old and has just been neutered and vaccinated and is ready to go to a loving home.  I...

UPDATE:  We are thrilled to report that all five from this litter have now found a fur-ever home!! PREVIOUSLY... Just try and resist this cuteness!  These three black & white tuxedo brothers were rescued from down by the river in Bordentown in late June, along with their two sisters who have already been adopted.  We believe they were born the first week of June. They are as cute as can be and love to play with each other.  We are in the process of getting them neutered and vaccinated and they will be ready for adoption momentarily.  If you or someone you know is interested in adoption, please contact us at:  (E) btowncitycats@gmail.com or (P) 609-324-3896 .

If you or someone you know is interested in giving him a fur-ever home, please contact us at: (E) btowncitycats@gmail.com or (P) 609-324-3896.

UPDATE:   We are happy to report that Glinda and Elfie have found the forever homes they deserve!! PREVIOUSLY... Glinda and Elfie are two sisters who came to us from a family who tried to rescue too many cats and got a little in over their heads.  So we are helping to find them new homes so they can all get the individual love and attention they deserve. Glinda is the orange tabby and Elfie is the muted tortie.  Glinda Elfie Both are females who will be turning two in June so they have a long life ahead of them.  They are friendly, but still a tad shy from their previous situation, although they are gradually coming out of their shell a little more each day.  They will do great once they find a stable loving environment.   They're mother is a Siamese who is also available for adoption.  Pictures to come of her.  If you or someone you know is interested in adopting Glinda or Elfie, please contact us at: (E) btowncity...

UPDATE:   We are happy to report that Hobar has found a loving home with someone who will appreciate his loving nature! PREVIOUSLY... Hobar was found wandering around the HOB Tavern (hence his name) just looking for someone to love him.  He is as friendly as can be with his quirky markings and curly-Q tail and he quickly endeared himself to all the bar patrons.  Unfortunately, one day he was seen with an injured ear so we rescued him, brought him to the vet to be vaccinated and his ear has healed nicely. He is on the smaller side and is believed to be a very young adult.  Now all he'd like is a nice place to call his own.  Will you be the one to give it to him?  If so, please contact us at: (E) btowncitycats@gmail.com or (P) 609-324-3896.
