Adopted! Another BCC Success Story...

* All of these cuties have been adopted since this posting *

If you haven't noticed a theme by now, one of our foster moms works on play productions so many of our kitties are affectionately named after the cast of various musicals.  Now without further ado, allow us to introduce Red, Rapz, and Cinders from "Into the Woods"...

My name is Red and I’m a little boy. I have lived with my foster family since I was 2½ weeks old. I was so tiny I was bottle fed. My foster family says that my sisters and I are very playful, cuddly, sweet kittens and all very well socialized with dogs, cats and people. I am a feisty little boy, full of energy and quite a character. I’d be great for anyone to adopt, and should be ok around young children.

My name is Rapz, short for Rapunzel, and I am a little girl kitten. I am very sweet and playful and I just love people, cats and especially dogs as you can see. I have great markings...if you took my brother and sister and mixed them together you’d get me. I love to play with all kinds of toys, especially ones with feathers.  I will be happy in any loving home so please take me home, give me lots of love, food and toys and I will give you my love.

My name is Cinders and I am a little girl kitten named for Cinderella, but my foster family calls me “Stumpy” because I have just a little stump where my tail should be.  But, what I lack in tail I make up for in personality...I’m a real character! I’m funny and fun and sometimes come when I’m called. I love to play with furry mice and string but give me feathers on a stick and watch me do flips. I am very well socialized with both people and dogs.  Please take me home and give me a loving forever home.

Help us find Thomasena a new family!

This beautiful little girl was hanging around Thompson Street in Bordentown recently until we rescued her.   She is very friendly so we think she may have belonged to someone at one point but nobody has come forward so we are now looking for a new forever home for her! She has medium-length fur, is approximately  1-2 years old and is a unique   polydactyl, i.e. a Hemingway cat .   If you or someone you know is interested in adopting beautiful, little Thomasena, please contact us at:  (E) btowncitycats@gmail.com or (P) 609-500-0608.

Will you help heal Milo's broken heart?

Milo came to us about two months ago after suffering a terrible tragedy.  His mother, who adored him, passed away suddenly at home, leaving him alone until friends came to his rescue.  They reached out to us knowing she loved him more than anything and would want them to make sure he was well taken care of.  This testimonial from Milo's mother's friend says it all... "I cannot tell you how much I appreciate  this group (BCC). In my time of need with the passing of one of my closest friends, they allowed me to drop off her cat who wa s now alone.    They responded so quickly and a lovely woman named Mindy, left her number. Once we were able to catch this beautiful cat (who was afraid and confused as to what had happened),  Mindy welcomed us to her house to drop off our little friend with the knowledge that he would be fostered and not put into a shelter. This alone calmed our already pained hearts. Our friend loved her cat with all of her he...
