Broken-Hearted Boys Seeking New Fur-Ever Home

These two adorable guys are seeking a loving, new, forever home together.   Their owner Jean passed away unexpectedly in January and she didn’t have any siblings or children to adopt her cats.   Benjamino Principe Principe is 7 years old and Benjamino is 5 years old.   They are both male and have been neutered.   They are healthy, friendly, lovable, and well-behaved young men and are current on their shots. Will you help give the a happy ending after all they've been through?  If so, please contact us at:  (E) btowncitycats@gmail.com.

Check out Otis the flirt!

Look who's here!  Adorable, little Otis is 4 weeks old, sweet and cuddly and playful as can be. He will be looking forward to joining a loving family in a little while as soon as he is old enough to be neutered. Let us know if you're interested by contacting us at: (E) btowncitycats@gmail.com.

Will you help heal Milo's broken heart?

Milo came to us about two months ago after suffering a terrible tragedy.  His mother, who adored him, passed away suddenly at home, leaving him alone until friends came to his rescue.  They reached out to us knowing she loved him more than anything and would want them to make sure he was well taken care of.  This testimonial from Milo's mother's friend says it all... "I cannot tell you how much I appreciate  this group (BCC). In my time of need with the passing of one of my closest friends, they allowed me to drop off her cat who wa s now alone.    They responded so quickly and a lovely woman named Mindy, left her number. Once we were able to catch this beautiful cat (who was afraid and confused as to what had happened),  Mindy welcomed us to her house to drop off our little friend with the knowledge that he would be fostered and not put into a shelter. This alone calmed our already pained hearts. Our friend loved her cat with all of her he...

Help us find Thomasena a new family!

This beautiful little girl was hanging around Thompson Street in Bordentown recently until we rescued her.   She is very friendly so we think she may have belonged to someone at one point but nobody has come forward so we are now looking for a new forever home for her! She has medium-length fur, is approximately  1-2 years old and is a unique   polydactyl, i.e. a Hemingway cat .   If you or someone you know is interested in adopting beautiful, little Thomasena, please contact us at:  (E) btowncitycats@gmail.com or (P) 609-500-0608.

Miss Cleo Sees YOU in Her Future

Meet Cleo, part of a litter of kittens we rescued this summer from Thompson Street, aka Bordentown's famous Halloween Street...   At first we weren't sure if they were young enough to be socialized and domesticated but Cleo has come a long way and proven she wants to be a part of someone's home badly. At four months old now, she is fond of letting you pick her up and pet her.  And her beautiful, Bengal-like markings definitely make her stand out in a crowd. She is now fully vetted - spayed, vaccinated and microchipped - and ready to move into her forever home.  If you or someone you know is interested in adopting Cleo, please contact us at:  (E) btowncitycats@gmail.com or (P) 609-500-0608.

Sweet, shy girl is looking for her chance to shine!

Have you ever found yourself shy or timid in a situation, but deep down you knew you had a lot to offer, if only you could bust out of your shell and people could see the real you? Well, that's Peta.  Perhaps that's what has held her back from getting adopted as quickly as many of the other kittens we've had this year. She started off extremely timid, but has shown herself to be beautiful, gentle and very sweet.  While she used to hide a lot, she is increasingly becoming more visible and she gets along well with other cats.   If you're not looking for an immediate lap cat and you have a calm, quieter home, Peta would be the ideal fit!  She is still under a year old and she is so beautiful and sweet that it breaks our heart that she hasn't found a forever home yet.   Peta is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped and ready to go to a good home.  If you or someone you know would like to be the one to give it to her, please contact...

Summer needs a home in time for summer! PLEASE SHARE!

Summer, a beautiful female calico with unique markings, is desperately in need of a new home.  Her previous owner was an elderly woman who was forced to surrender her because she had to move in with family and could not take any pets with her.  It broke her heart to give her up, but we're hoping we can find Summer a new family who will continue to give her the love she deserves. Summer is 9 years old , spayed, and used to living in a calm home without children, so a quiet home with 1-2 adults would probably suit her best.  She  is an indoor cat and  likes when her head is petted, eats only dry food, and loves cat snacks.  She also loves to play with you with cat toys.  What's not to love about Summer?  If you or someone you know is interested in giving her a happy ending, please contact us at:  (E) btowncitycats@gmail.com or (P) 609-324-3896.

Elton, the cuddler, Needs a New Home!

"Hold me closer, tiny dancer..."  If Elton could sing, like his namesake, that might be what he's crooning to this adorable little kitten he can't seem to get enough of... Lovable Elton is a placid, adult, male who gets along with everybody. The poor guy was found as a stray, starving, full of ticks and with two seriously infected paws. One of our volunteers rescued him and he is now healthy and looking for a home.  Elton is a real sweetheart!  Will you be the one to give him the happy ending he deserves?  If so, please contact us at:  (E) btowncitycats@gmail.com or (P) 609-324-3896.

UPDATE: Little Angel has Found a Forever Home!

UPDATE:  Thank you Sara Lee from Bordentown Township for rescuing this little girl, mending her and finding her a loving forever home!  Another happy ending... This is Angel when she was recently found on a blanket by an area family... This little girl appears to have been the runt of the litter and cast aside by her mother.  Her eyes were barely open and seemed to be infected and she had a small wound on her chest.  Thankfully the family that found her brought her to the vet and are graciously nursing her back to health.  In just a few days time her eyes have cleared up and her wound is almost completely healed.  She is believed to be about four weeks old now... This is where you come in...will you be the one to give this loveable little girl the forever home she deserves?  If so, please contact us at:  (E) btowncitycats@gmail.com or (P) 609-324-3896.  And please help us out by sharing this link on your Facebook or Twitte...

Will You Give Domino the Home He Deserves?

Poor little Domino just wants a FOREVER home he can call his own.   He was adopted from us approximately two years ago and was recently cast aside by his owner who decided to move away and leave him behind. He is being fostered by one of our loving volunteers right now who says he is shy at first but once he warms up, you will have a friend for life.   In general, he is an all-around love. He greets his foster mom every morning with a little kiss on her nose and talks up a storm.  He loves to play, cuddle and be petted and he will follow you around the house and purr up a storm. He is a very curious kitty and also a typical lap cat.  The good boy that he is, he loves his scratch posts, but does not touch the furniture. He has a good temperament and is even very good when getting his nails clipped. He is an approximately two-year old, tuxedo male who is neutered and fully up-to-date on shots.

West Side Story Needs a Happy Ending

"Westy" wandered onto the porch of a woman who lives on West St.  She is sweet and friendly as can be and likely had an owner, but no one has come forward to claim her.  She is now being fostered by the kind woman who found her and we are trying to find her a permanent family who she can shower her love on.  If you or someone you know is interested in adopting Westy, please contact us at: (E) btowncitycats@gmail.com or (P) 609-324-3896.
