UPDATE: Little Philly has found a forever home and we couldn't be happier for this adorable boy! PREVIOUSLY... Little Philly was recently found in Bordentown and is believed to be about 12 weeks old. He appears to be well taken care of and is very friendly. Isn't he just adorable? He should be ready for adoption very soon.
