ALL ADOPTED!! More BCC Success Stories

UPDATE:  Hooray for Sally, Snuggles, Freddie & Timmy - they've all been adopted already! PREVIOUSLY...  Kitten season has arrived earlier than usual this year! The first three - Sally, Snuggles and Timmy - narrowly escaped a horrible fate.  They were left in a box in the middle of the night on a farm in Chesterfield during 4 degree weather last month along with their mother and two other siblings.  One of the siblings was barely hanging on by the time the family who owns the farm discovered them.  Luckily the family was able to nurse them all back to health and we agreed to step in and help foster them to find them good homes.   Sally and Snuggles (both female) are very friendly.  Timmy is still a little shy, but very sweet. They are 5-6 mos old and fully vetted.  As you can see by the cone around Sally's neck, she had surgery to correct a complication from her spaying, but she is doing great now. ADOPTED!! Another BCC Success story!

UPDATE:  We could not be happier to report that Cookie has found a new home to call his own! His new family was looking for a companion for their older cat and Cookie seems to be a great fit. Cheers to a happy ending for someone who really deserves it! Cookie came to us this week under heartbreaking circumstances.  He is 16 years old and the only family he has ever known - the ones who bottle fed him from the time he was four weeks old - is moving to Switzerland and cannot take him with them.  His family is heartbroken but they have no choice so we agreed to step in and help find him a loving new home to live out his golden years. Cookie ready for his close-up Cookie feeling pensive Cookie being silly We were very worried that he might not take to a new home after being with only one family his whole life but he already seems to be fitting in nicely with his foster family, showing affection, appearing sweet and well-mannered and seems to be getting along well with
